Here is a diary of what I wore in Maldives. Tropical Island getaways call for cute summer dresses, swimsuits, breezy kimonos, sunshades, sandals, and loads of photos 😛 This lookbook is an ode to sun-kissed days in a tropical paradise. ☀️🌴
I traveled to the Maldives in what might just be the comfiest pair of pants, crop top that I own. I paired it with a light jacket to add to the Airport look & also to save myself from inflight AC chills!
Outfit Details:
Black cotton crop top, Yellow Sneakers & Jacket: Shein ( 4 to 5 years old)
Leopard print pant: Zara (at-least 5 years old)
Neon Dress – H&M

To travel from the local island to the private island, I wore this comfy neon cotton midi dress. This dress has to be one of favourites. It’s super airy with ruffle shoulder straps with a neat V neckline at the front. Also, calf-length is perfect for dipping your feet in the ocean as soon as you arrive, isn’t it?

For private breakfast by the beach, I wore this organza pastel coloured frock which made me feel very pretty- I couldn’t stop admiring my own self!😛

Red Dress from Myntra
Beach Tie sandals from Koovs ( very old buy )

I personally am very fond of anything ruffles, frills and with this red dress, it was not required to put in my heads for a lot of pairing as this could be just worn and I was ready for the day, voila! This dress, I like the most, mainly due to its design, the bright color and the soft fabric that’s just made for an island getaway!

I was eagerly waiting for a perfect place/occasion to wear this super cool backless dress. I had received it as a gift and decided what’s better place than maldives to flaunt such a pretty bohemian dress! Love how it blended with the whole vibe of the place. Tell me it looks chic! 😛

Outfit Details:
Kimono ( very old buy from lulu&sky)
Mermaid Bottom: Bought from Amazon UK
Purple Bikini from Urbanic

This lepeord print beach cover up has travelled with across the world, that’s how much I love it. It’s by far the prettiest kimono I have found and bought. I absolutely love the details and work on the neckline. Very sublet and elegant. I also lived my mermaid dream in this tropical island paradise. 🙂

Outfit Details:
Lilac one shoulder dress from Urbanic

I personally am not a big fan of off shoulder dresses but this one here took me by surprise. I absolutely enjoyed wearing it. It was very light, flowy and to top it all the colour – lilac, is one of my favourite colours.

White Crop Top: Flipcart
Light Blue Cotton Shorts: Shein
Blue Top & Jewellery from Shein
A white crop top is a must in every girl’s wardrobe. I just paired it with this light blue shorts to casually roam around the island and it was the most comfortable pair of cloths I could chill in.

And for dinner, I wore this very cute blue top with white lenin pants for the easy casual look along with light jewellery.

This was my final look of the trip as the day had finally arrived to say good bye to the beautiful Maldives. A comfortable pair for the long haul flight back home. This trip was more than I expected. Maldives undoubtedly is the most beautiful place on this planet and I hope to come back to these serene islands soon again.
I hope you loved this blog and hope my looks whisks you to the tropical paradise of your dreams.
