We strive to assist our customers wherever possible under the following terms:
Digital Products
Purchases of digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of these items.
- Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you gain instant access to the product, allowing you to download or view it. Once accessed, we cannot control its duplication or distribution.
- Intangible Nature: Digital products cannot be returned or physically verified as unused.
Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy
- Technical Issues: If a product is unusable due to a technical issue on our end, we will re-share the downloadable file within 7 days of purchase upon receiving your request. Contact support@rovingrainbow.com with details of the issue and your order number to resolve the problem promptly.
- Duplicate Purchases: Refunds for duplicate purchases made within 24 hours will be issued upon request. Please contact support@rovingrainbow.com with your order numbers.
Refunds for digital products will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Physical Products
We offer exchanges for physical products in cases of sizing issues or defective items under the following conditions:
- Sizing Issues: Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the postage/shipping costs to send the package back to us.
- Faulty/Incorrect Products: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange within 24-48 hours of receipt. Contact us at support@rovingrainbow.com with photos and order details for verification.
Return and Cancellation Policy
- Made-to-Order Products: Returns are not facilitated for made-to-order products unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Cancellations for Physical Products:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made on the same day as placing the order.
- Cancellations may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors or shipped.
Refunds for Physical Products
- Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
