Chic Funky Summer Outfit

Hey all,

This look was shot almost a months ago, but I never got the chance to post about it here yet. I was knee-deep in work, sadly. But hey, learning to plan my work better and blog as much as I can. I am working towards becoming a morning person and hopefully, you will see me wishing you at 5 am in the morning every day, hehe! I am kidding! But definitely you will soon see me bombarding you with cool content both here and on Instagram, so stay tuned.

I’ve been thinking about experimenting with new looks mixing cool funky pieces together. Summer is almost over and I can’t wait for the rain god to grace nature and be all warm & cosy with a cup of hot coffee, ahh. For me, summer is all about funky outfits that are comfortable and vibrant yet classy, most importantly fashion forward.

This sheer Dragonfly Patch Detail Top is the perfect pick for my new summer wardrobe. I styled it with a denim skirt and fila disruptors for a chick finish. I added a plain frame flat oversized sunglass to my look. This season, big, large sunglasses are the hottest must-have accessory to look classy and on a practical note, they provide more protection from the sun and help keep wrinkles at bay. Also, to give this whole look a little twist, I wore a banana print socks from Shein with my shoes and love how it turned out.

Now, putting together this second look below was one of the most fun part. I used this watermelon print round beach blanket as a wraparound skirt to make the entire outfit full of colours and summery. I really love how crazily funky it’s turned out be. The kids on the beach literally started waving and going Woowww the moment I put this on. Hehe!
